Collage/ephemera

The things that stick out from this is that big, simple shapes work best. Collage can often get fiddly and complicated - you have to cut out things that look interesting but will clutter the composition. I think across them all there is a lack of exploration - simply recreating the shape of a mountain through ephemera. There is one where I recreate the mountain with a city-scape which doesn't quite work. They would probably benefit from a ground. More use of photocopy and enlarging would help with photomontage.
